SPECIAL OLYMPIC SPARRING CLASS

Competing is the final stage of Taekwondo skills, and  through competition, Taekwondo skills are finally completed.
The meaning of the competition is literally "a training system to compete against each other against real opponents." The word 'competition' is used as a relative meaning of 'poomsae' that is done alone without a partner or 'frustration' or 'training' that is practiced for office work such as wood and stone. In other words,it uses Taekwondo's studio skills to fight against real opponents and to beat their skills.
